You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, power outages, internet service interruptions, technical failures in data centers or AI platforms we rely upon, or government restrictions. This includes disruption in services hosted by third-party platforms that connect to the internet.

You acknowledge and agree that we do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their functionality, terms, or privacy practices.
